1. DRY CUPPING
Description:
Cups are placed on the skin to create suction without making incisions.
Increases blood circulation, relaxes muscles, and reduces stiffness.
Often used for muscle tension, stress relief, and general body detox.

2. WET CUPPING
Description:
Small incisions are made on the skin before applying suction cups.

3. MOVING CUPS (this is done before any hijama/cupping treatment)
Description:

Before & After Care Guide
Before Your Hijama Session
✔️ Stay well-hydrated (drink plenty of water 2-3 hours before)
✔️ Eat a light meal at least 4-5 hours prior (avoid heavy or fried foods)
✔️ Wear loose, comfortable clothing
✔️ Take a shower before your appointment (avoid lotions or oils on the skin)
✔️ Get a good night's rest for better healing
❌ Avoid caffeine, dairy, and processed foods for 24 hours before
❌ No strenuous exercise before the session
❌ Avoid smoking
After Your Hijama Session
✔️ Rest and allow your body to recover for at least 24 hours
✔️ Stay hydrated by drinking warm water and herbal teas
✔️ Eat light, nourishing meals (soups, fresh fruits, and vegetables)
✔️ Keep the cupping sites clean and dry for at least 12 hours
✔️ Apply black seed oil, coconut oil, or honey to the cupping marks for faster healing
✔️ Avoid stress and heavy activities
❌ Avoid consuming processed foods, caffeine, dairy, and red meat for 24 hours
❌ No shower or swimming for 12-24 hours (to prevent infection)
❌ Avoid excessive sun exposure on cupped areas
❌ Refrain from heavy workouts or strenuous activities for at least 24 hours
❌ Refrain from any intimacy for at least 24 hours

A session typically lasts 30-45 minutes, including preparation, cupping, and aftercare instructions.

Hijama is not recommended for:
Pregnant women (especially in the first trimester)
Individuals with hemophilia or severe anemia
Those with very low blood pressure or severe dehydration
Those who are extremely weak or fatigued
