    1. DRY CUPPING

    Description:

    • Cups are placed on the skin to create suction without making incisions.

    • Often used for muscle tension, stress relief, and general body detox.

    2. WET CUPPING

    Description:

    • Small incisions are made on the skin before applying suction cups.

    • Removes stagnant blood, toxins, and negative energy from the body.

    • A powerful detox method that helps with chronic illnesses.

    3. MOVING CUPS (this is done before any hijama/cupping treatment)

    Description:

    • A small amount of oil is applied to the skin before gently moving the suction cup along muscles.
